Making Calls

  1. 1.Open your browser (Chrome, Edge, or Brave)
  2. 2.Go to TwinPhone and sign in
  3. 3.Click the dialer and enter the number with country code (e.g., +81 for Japan)
  4. 4.Hit the green call button — that's it

Your first call is free. No credit card needed.

Credits & Billing

  1. 1.Go to Billing in your dashboard
  2. 2.Click "Add Credits" — minimum $5
  3. 3.We accept all major credit cards
  4. 4.Credits never expire

Billed per second, not per minute. A 61-second call costs 61 seconds, not 2 minutes.

Virtual Numbers

  1. 1.Go to Virtual Numbers in your dashboard
  2. 2.Pick a country and number
  3. 3.Number is active immediately
  4. 4.Use it as caller ID or receive incoming calls

Starting at $1.95/month. No contracts, cancel anytime.

Security & Privacy

  1. 1.Every call is encrypted with TLS + SRTP
  2. 2.We don't record calls unless you enable it
  3. 3.We never sell your data to third parties
  4. 4.Two-factor authentication available in Account Settings

TwinPhone encryption is the same standard banks use.

Call Recording & Transcription

  1. 1.Enable recording in your Account Settings
  2. 2.Recordings appear in your Call History
  3. 3.AI transcription is generated automatically
  4. 4.Download or delete recordings anytime

Always inform the other party when recording. Check local laws.

Teams & Enterprise

  1. 1.Create a team workspace from your dashboard
  2. 2.Invite members via email
  3. 3.Fund the shared wallet — everyone draws from one balance
  4. 4.Track usage per member in the analytics dashboard

Troubleshooting

No sound / Can't hear the other person

Check that your browser has microphone permission enabled. Try refreshing the page. If on a VPN, try disconnecting it — some VPNs block WebRTC.

Call drops or choppy audio

Switch to a more stable connection if possible. TwinPhone's adaptive audio handles most issues, but very slow connections (under 100kbps) may cause problems. Close other bandwidth-heavy apps.

Number not dialing

Make sure you're using the international format: + followed by country code and number. Drop the leading 0 from local numbers (e.g., Tokyo 03 → +813).

Credits not appearing after payment

Credits usually appear instantly. If delayed, refresh your dashboard. If still missing after 5 minutes, email support@twin-phone.com with your payment confirmation.
