1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TwinPhone (twin-phone.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
TwinPhone provides browser-based voice calling to landlines and mobile phones worldwide. The service includes outbound calling, virtual phone numbers, call recording, and team management features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use TwinPhone.
4. Billing & Credits
TwinPhone uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per second of call time at published rates. Credits do not expire. Rates may change; current rates are always displayed at twin-phone.com/rates. Virtual numbers are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
5. Refunds
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Partially used credits are not refundable. Virtual number monthly fees are not refundable for the current billing period. To request a refund, contact support@twin-phone.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use TwinPhone for: automated or robocalling, spamming or unsolicited commercial calls, fraudulent activity, harassing or threatening communications, any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Call quality depends on your internet connection and the destination network. TwinPhone is not a replacement for emergency services (911/112).
8. Limitation of Liability
TwinPhone is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount of credits in your account. We are not liable for: call quality issues caused by your internet connection, actions taken by destination telecom carriers, or indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
