Does TwinPhone work outside the US — in Germany, Spain or elsewhere?
Short answer
Yes. You can sign up from any country with just an email, call phones in 145+ countries from your browser, and rent a US or Canadian number that rings wherever you are. The rate depends on the country you call, not on where you are: calls to the US and Canada cost $0.02 a minute from anywhere.
Does it matter where I am?
No. Prices are set by the destination you dial. A call from Berlin to a US number costs the same as a call from New York to that number. All you need is an internet connection.
Can I call local numbers in my country?
Yes, at that country's rate, which the dialer shows before you press Call. For calls inside Europe a local mobile plan is often cheaper; TwinPhone is strongest for calls to North America and for being reachable on a US or Canadian number.
Which languages is the site in?
The site and the dialer are available in English, Spanish, German, French, Russian and Japanese, among others.
