How do I get a refund from TwinPhone?
Short answer
Request it from Account → Get refund or by email to support@twin-phone.com. Calling credit is refundable within 14 days if no more than 30% was spent. The current month of a number is not refunded, but a number that does not work as described can be credited or refunded pro rata within 7 days.
How long does a refund take?
We answer within 14 days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method in about 10 business days. Put "[Refund Issue]" in the email subject so it reaches the right queue.
What is not refundable?
Credit older than the refund window or more than the allowed share spent, promotional credit, and accounts with more than two refunds in 90 days. Purchases made in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple through the App Store, not by us.
What about EU and UK customers?
You keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services bought online; it may not cover credit you have already spent. The Refund Policy has the full terms.
