Petro Hrys is the founder of TwinPhone and the managing director (jednatel) of hrhelperg s.r.o., the Czech company that operates the service from Prague. He is the person legally responsible for what this site publishes, which is why his name is on the imprint and on every article.

TwinPhone is a browser-based calling service: calls are placed over WebRTC from Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave or Safari to real phone numbers in 145+ countries, with no app to install and no SIM. He works on the parts of it that decide what a call costs — carrier routing, the per-minute rate engine and the wallet that debits it.

That is also the editorial standard for this blog. Every per-minute figure published here is checked against the same pricing function the dialer quotes and the wallet charges, by an automated guard that fails the build when copy and engine disagree.
