Visible+ Pro's 500 minutes are one shared pool for all its countries, with no landline/mobile split. Visible is a prepaid carrier owned by Verizon. On 27 September 2026 one of Visible's help pages still described the pool as covering 30 countries while the plans page said 85+; the table follows the plans page.
When Visible is the cheaper way to call abroad
- Canada and Mexico. Visible says: โVisible+ and the Visible base plan both allow unlimited calls and texts to Canada and Mexico.โ If your plan includes them, nobody's per-minute rate โ ours included โ beats that.
- Google Voice and Google Fi. Their per-minute rates to most of these countries are a few cents, lower than ours; Google Voice needs a US number and Fi is a phone plan.

When a browser call costs less
- Countries your plan doesn't cover. Without the right plan or feature, Visible doesn't connect the call at all; ten minutes to an Indian mobile cost $0.80 at TwinPhone's rate, with no monthly charge.
- Calling from outside the US. Visible's international calling plans cover calls placed from the US. From abroad, a browser call is billed at the same per-minute rate as at home.
- Calling from a laptop. TwinPhone runs in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with no SIM and no app โ useful when your phone plan isn't the one you want to pay with.
How to call abroad without an add-on, from your browser
- Open the dial box, pick the country and type the number โ the per-minute rate shows before anything else.
- Create a free account with an email or Google; no card, no SIM and no US number needed.
- Add credit from $10 (no subscription, the credit does not expire) and press Call. Calls are billed per minute, rounded up, with no connection fee.
