How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." You'll receive a reset link via email within minutes.

How do I add credits?

Log in, go to Billing, and click "Add Credits." We accept all major credit cards. Minimum top-up is $5.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@twin-phone.com with your account email.

I'm having call quality issues

Try switching to a wired connection or a different Wi-Fi network. TwinPhone's adaptive audio handles most issues automatically, but very unstable connections (under 100kbps) may cause problems.
