How do I cancel a TwinPhone number?
Short answer
Open Account → Subscriptions in your TwinPhone dashboard and choose Cancel next to the number. A number billed to a card keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, then it is released. A number bought in the iPhone app is cancelled in the App Store's subscription settings instead.
What happens after I cancel?
A card-billed number stays active to the end of the current period and you can undo the cancellation until then with Keep. A number paid from the wallet balance is cancelled immediately. After release the number returns to the carrier and may be given to someone else.
Do I get the current month back?
No — the current month of a number is not refunded. If the number did not work as described, you can ask for credit or a pro-rata refund within 7 days of renting it; see the Refund Policy.
Does cancelling close my account?
No. Your account and calling balance stay; you can keep calling without a number, or rent a new one later.
